3. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times may vary during sales or holidays.
Shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather are outside our control.

4. Shipping

Once an item is marked “Delivered,” Ancient Secrets Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers must file a claim with the carrier. However, we will assist as much as possible.

5. ASB Cinema Access

Digital films, videos, and streaming content are for personal view only.
Sharing login access, downloading videos, screen-recording films, or uploading ASB Cinema content to social media is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

6. Payment

By purchasing, you authorize ASB to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping.

Return and Refund Policy

Ancient Secrets Beauty – No Refund Policy

Because our products are handcrafted, energetically sensitive, and created in small batches, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or spiritual results
Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
Digital ASB Cinema purchases once delivered
Rituals, readings, or personalized items

Exchanges / Replacements

We only replace items that arrive damaged due to our negligence.
A clear photo of the damaged item must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery.

Digital Products

No refunds are given for:

ASB Cinema content
Digital downloads
Tickets or virtual events
Courses or rituals delivered electronically

Once access is granted, the sale is complete.
